Details of these Services:

Initial Pet Meeting: With your first call to us we will set up a meeting to come to your home to meet you and your pet(s).  This gives us an opportunity to get to know your pets and help them to become comfortable with us.  We will also get to know your pet’s regular schedule, their personality, their favorite games to play and get detailed instructions from you as to their care, feeding, do’s and don’ts and any medications they may require.  At this meeting we can also discuss home security duties we will be happy to perform at no additional cost like turning on/off lights changing blinds, bringing in mail and newspapers, etc.

Pet Sitting: Each visit includes fun and playtime and lots of attention.  Potty break if they don’t have a doggy door.  Mealtime and fresh water and giving any required medications.  Home security duties per your request like bringing in mail and newspapers, adjusting lighting and blinds, put out or bring in trash cans and water plants.  We also like to give pets all natural treats with your approval.   We will also pick up pet waste on the last scheduled visit or more often if you will be gone more than 3 days.

Dog Walking Service: Many of our clients like us to come by mid-day to give their dog an afternoon walk.  We will walk your dog for 20 minutes and be sure they have fresh water.  Or if you’d prefer we will just play their favorite games for 20 minutes in the home or fenced yard.  Dog walking services are generally done between the hours of noon and 3PM.

Pet Waste Pickup: Pick up all pet waste from yard.  We sanitize equipment between customers.  There may be a small additional charge for very large yards.  We can also haul away waste for a small additional charge.

Pet Taxi Service: We will pick up your pet and deliver them to the vet or groomer for scheduled appointments.

Lockout Service: We keep a copy of many of our customer’s keys in a locked key safe.  If you get locked out of your home we will be happy to come and let you in.  This service is available from 7am to 9pm daily.

Holiday Service: Holidays include New Year’s Day, Easter Sunday, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.  These are very busy times for our customers and our schedule fills up quickly.  So please book early for the holidays.

We charge a $25 fee for bounced checks plus any bank charges in addition to the invoice amount.  Please pay invoices within 14 days of receipt.

Please let us know 24 hours in advance if you will be arriving home early and need to cancel one or more visits so that we may reschedule this time for others clients.  We reserve the right to charge a $10 fee for not informing us of your early return.
